It's My Birthday

Hello Furiends! It's my birthday today! I am now 3 years old.

Mum made me these pawsome Pumpkin Carrot Pupcakes with Peanut butter and yogurt on top, but I dont get to have one until she comes home from work. I am leaving pudles of drool all over the house!

I hear a rumor there are even be some prezzies for me! I'll let you know later what I got.

Sleepy Sunday

Greetings furiends, I come to you this evening from the comfort of my patio chair. While Mum sips her cappuccino and nibbles on some chocolate I get.... Well.... I get to share the blanket.



I went on a field trip today to the bank. I was well received by all the patrons, except one. He scowled at Mum.... So she took extra long at the machine.

Car trips really tire me out, so I had a well deserved nap when we got back. I was already tired from last nights disruption, for some reason Mum felt compelled to get out of bed and make pancakes at 4 am. I didn't even get a taste.

My birthday is coming In a few days, today I saw Mum hide a bag in the closet where my paws don't reach. I bet it's prezzies!



Well if you will excuse me, I have some snuggling to do, and some frogs to listen to. They really are wonderful singers.

I've been sleeping all day fur buddies!





Miss Gen and Shannon came to visit last night and I was up way past my usual bedtime. We were chillin on the patio. I pulled the ultimate prank on Mum too. I pretended to have an itchy eye so Mum would get up from her chair and when she did I pushed my way in and climbed up into her spot. I was asleep before she even knew what had happened. BOL! We have some very comfortable patio chairs.




I didn't get a chance to tell you all about my Easter. The mutant bunny brought me a carrot cake bunny! It was super delish. We had all our friends over for Easter dinner , and I even got some ham and Brussels sprouts in my dinner. It was a great day.





The weather lately has been great, I have been spending a lot of time on the patio sunning myself. I feel bad for some of my doggy neighbors, I seem to be the only pup in the neighborhood who gets to enjoy their patios. One poor guy was crying so loud today that I was woken from my nap. His people locked him in the garage while they went out. He was not very happy in there. That seems to be a popular thing I our neighborhood, and my Mum does not like it one bit. She says it's no wonder their are no many noisy frustrated doggies around. It's kinda sad.




Anyway it's time for bed! So, good night pals.

Finally!

Well furiends, my Mum finally got off her ass, I mean .... She took me to play in the field. I was surprised since the day started off pretty slow.




We had a great time, and the sunshine was so nice. I had a bath last night, and as you can see my muscles were glistening in the sun.




I had the whole field to myself. And I have to admit I was a little tired after all that playing.




I forgot to tell you guys that I was invited to a dinner party last week. Miss Gen and Shannon invited me. Oh and the pawrents too.




I had such fun playing in their yard, and although no one gave me any roast beast, Papa snuck me a carrot.




Well that's all for now, I think it's dinner time!

Treachery is afoot

Oh furiends, I was too upset to tell you about my weekend until now!




Mum and I went for a walk in Cliff Park on Sunday. Normally I would have been thrilled, but I was a bit of a terror. I was teaching her a lesson for the betrayal she committed on Saturday!




See this picture! You've never seen my tied to anything for a photo! But on Sunday it was the only way to keep me in the photo.




We went to see Dr. Z for my millionth follow up. He was generally happy with me but wants to see me again next weekend..... He is VERY thorough.




When it was all over Mum started a new conversation, one which included jewel thieves and having me mutilated. Yup, they're thinking of having the boys snipped. I couldn't believe it. Even Papa was in on it.... I mean dude! Do you not know the Bro Code!? Did she already get yours or what?




Anyway I tried not to enjoy the walk, but some moments were pretty nice.
